2 months...22 1/2" 13 lb. 10 oz. That's a 1" and 4 lb. growth margin. Our big boy never disappoints! Mike says that Stockton is his retirement plan. He just needs to get him to the NBA, and he'll be set for life. I like to tease him with such questions as, "What if Stockton really loves musical theater?" or "Do you think Stockton will be into the ballet?"
I think we must be living right...S goes to sleep between 8-9 most nights and wakes up between 6:30-7:30 without waking up in the middle. S continues to be a very serious fellow, but we've realized that he's a homebody. He likes to smile and laugh at home, and then peer suspiciously whenever we're visiting anywhere else. He likes his alone time a lot. The only time he really cries is if he has been held too much. He usually falls asleep on his own in his crib. Once again..spoiled parents...I know. I do cherish the moments he likes to snuggle his Mommy. And he's recently been very aware of where I am in the room. He likes to know where I am at all the time.
Just on a need to know basis..Stockton hates the camera flash. So...he threw a fit each time I tried to take his 2 month pictures (that's 2 fits). The pictures really don't do him any justice for this reason.
We took S swimming the other day at Danielle and Travis' condo. Well..dipping is more like it...that's all you can do with a 2 month old with barely any head and neck control. He really liked the water, but we had to get out when the breeze picked up.
Mike has been ultra busy with school, work, church, family, sports, etc. I worry about him and can tell when he's stressed. Does anyone have a stress sleepwalker for a husband? He is such a great dad despite having to balance everything in life. Stockton really adores him! Just today the babes really got in on the Petersen Poker Sunday Games. He looked as if he was just happy to be included (being held by dad). He laughed and cooed and smiled!
I am dreading the day I have to go back to work full time. It's a comfort to know that my sis-in-law, Erika, will be watching Stockton. But I want to do it! I want to be with my babes all day. My aunt Linda told me today that in 22 days the kids would be back in school. What?! Who keeps track of that. I just want to bury my face in a pillow. So..for the next 22 days...I will be all over my boy. I've got to get in as many cheek kisses as I can. Have you seen my boy's chubby cheeks?

I can't get over what a hunk he is! I love his chubbiness.
You are definitely spoiled parents :) but sounds like Mike deserves the all night rest. PS love that Stockton is tanner than Mike! What a stud!
So cute! He is such a handsome little fella!
